Chicken and Grape Salad
(Joan Risenmay- my grandma)
2 ½ cups cooked chicken
(boil chicken with garlic, salt and pepper)
1 cup diced celery
1 cup sliced grapes
½ cup almonds (toasted)
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
¾ cup mayo*
1. Toast almonds in the oven at 300 degrees
2. Mix ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Wrap in lettuce leaves or in tortillas.
*or for a regular salad substitute ¼ cup cream whipped stiff
